Job Responsibility:

• Sound knowledge of all local regulatory guidelines and international rules regulations.
• Strong command over regulatory monitoring and reporting modules
• Superior written and oral communication skill in both English and Bengali
• Developing and directing organizational strategy
• Overseeing day to day business activities
• Developing and implementing strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission and “voice”
• Creating complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors
• Direct and oversee investments and fundraising efforts
• Share feedback with employees so that they may continue to improve the quality of their work.

Educational Requirement:

• Post-graduation or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in business background) from any reputed university.
• DU, CU, JU, NSU candidates are highly encourage to apply.

Experience Requirement:

• 12 to 15 years’ experience in related profession

Additional Requirements:

• Age should not  over 50 years
• Highly experience and qualified graduates
