Manager (HR)

Job Responsibility:

  • Preparation of policy and procedure according to labor law, Factory rules & Compliance guidelines.
  • Recruitment & Selection of the high profile candidates that need according to desire of the company.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Manage payroll, compensation & benefits of the company.
  • Handle legal & settlement issues relevant to HR & Admin dept.
  • Advice on a wide range of core human resource functions including organizational design, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Develop, formulate & implement HR Policies, Approaches & Procedures;

Educational Requirement:

  • MBA in HRM / MPHRM / Masters from any reputed institution.
  • raduated from any reputed private or public institution and PGD in HRM from BIM will be given preference
  • MBA/MBS/M.com/ in Management/Human Resources Management from any reputed public university.
  • University of Dhaka students will get preference

Experience:

  • 5 to 12 years
