Manager/ Deputy Manager, Administration

The Company complements government efforts in the areas of TB screening, EPI and Covid-19 vaccination efforts.

Job Context: The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in managing HQ operations, Supervises General Administration, Facility Management, Utility Service and Support Service.

The position will be reporting to General Manager, Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

General Administration:

  • Assist in planning and tracking SHN administrative activities, evaluate needs and problems or constraints encountered or expected during implementation.
  • Additional support to manage vendors, assessment of the cross functional requirements, contact with the vendors & procurement following the legal compliance.

Facility and Support Service Management:

  • Supervise task related to daily entertainment, pool transport, staff uniform, office stationery, seating arrangement & other functions as needed.
  • Electrical, electronic support (AC, fan, light, telephone, photocopier, fax, computer, printer, refrigerator, micro woven, tea/coffee maker & etc.)
  • Handling support staff ensuring the smooth support service of Head Quarter (HQ).
  • Ensure uninterrupted utility support (water, gas, electricity, plumbing, sanitization, and others).
  • Ensure general maintenance on regular basis.
  • Update all documentation (Registration, Tax Token, Fitness, Route Permit, Ownership Transfer, Number Plate from BRTA from BRTA and Insurance)
  • Process all admin related procurement as per approved guidelines and prepare work orders.
  • Assist in supervising in arranging invitation, Work Permit, Passport, Visa, Air Ticket, Hotels/Accommodation, Transport, Food and Entertainment for business tour & foreign employee.
  • Assist in preparing of office circulars and administrative orders.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the GM Operations

Job Qualifications:

  • BBA/ MBA or Master's in English, Public Administration, International Relations or any other related discipline from reputed public/private universities.
  • 3-7 years of administrative experience, preferably in health service operations management.
  • Experience with the implementation of business conduct plans, fraud prevention and detection, and investigations strongly preferred.
  • Capable of drafting letters both in Bangla and English and computer skills in MS Word, Excell and Power Point.
