Position : Officer - HR Operations
No. of the Position : 1 (One)
Job Location : Head Quarter, Dhaka

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and continue Employee Personal filing and update necessary documents/info accordingly.
  • Review Regional HR Time Sheet reporting and ensure all the staffs time sheet has been produced in compliance of policy and assist vendor to process the payroll in due time
  • Assist Director HR in developing IT based HR module/process flow, work flow for independent HRIS system. It also includes HR Dashboard – A Management Reporting Tool.
  • Assist Director HR in reconciliating payroll information in excel format; directing the collection from region of time sheet, calculation, and entering the data.
  • Update employee data in terms of payroll information changes due to contract period, transfer, confirmation or promotion and update the vendor accordingly
  • Assist in review and check payroll information with new joiner/ resigned employees and reconcile monthly payroll account with detail report (in terms of discrepancies about new joining, replacement of recruitment, long leave with pay/without pay, maternity leave, resignation, discontinuation, suspension etc. )
  • Check the final settlement paper of resign employees as per regulations from each region and if the papers and calculation is correct process it through approval channel.
    Prepare the exist interview form and assist to supervisor for taking interview with the discussion of concern resign employee.
  • Prepare the release letter / experience letter/acceptance letter and hand over to the concern employees/ HR BP in compliance of Final Settlement.
  • Assist in handling Clinic level disciplinary issue in terms of investigation and others.
  • Collect all the necessary data from different stakeholders (Ensure Monthly HR Dash Board Reporting by 5th Day of each month.
  • Ensure Reconciliation Payroll Accounts Reporting by 7th Day of each month.
  • Maintain Disciplinary Log Book, Leave of Absence, LWP status and ensure monthly reporting through HR Dashboard.

Job Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduate with BBA, MBA major in HR with proven IT skills or B.Sc in IT having good exposure in HR functional area and its database management, process development related to Human Resource Information
  • System. 2-3 years of experience in handling HR database Management/HRIS/Payroll will be given preference.
    Post Graduate Diploma in HR is desirable.
  • Well Conversant in IT based on HR framework development in compliance of HR regulatory awareness (as per labor law).
  • Strong technical skills required along with independent thinking, problem solving, HR budgetary framework, etc. will be highly valuable;
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
