Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check and verify 100% all vouchers from the clinics on each month and necessary feedback given to the Clinic Manager /Admin Assistant regarding error of the vouchers and supporting documents and ensure necessary correction is made accordingly for accuracy and completeness
  
• Verify all receipts and payments is made as per SHN policy and procedures.
  
• Check and verify all procurement process by the clinic’s and Regional office according to the SHN Procurement policy and procedure.
  
• Check and verify AIT is deducted at source from the vendor and third-party payments and deposit to the GOB Treasury. Fixation of revenue stamp when necessary.
  
• Check excel tally format to ensure all vouchers and the voucher number with amount is correctly recorded.
  
• Any other task assigned by the supervisors.

Job Specification:

• Fresh graduate with MBA/BBA- Major in Accounting CGPA- minimum 3.00
  
• Masters/Bachelors major in Accounting with good academic track record.
  
• Sound knowledge in functional accounting terms and record keeping system
  
• Expert in MS-excel operations.
  
• Experience in Financial audit in local large NGOs, manufacturing and group of companies would be get preference.
  
• Work under pressure and good analytical skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written Bangla and English.
