Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages organizational revenue targets by developing business plans in close collaboration with marketing, service, and finance departments.
- Prepares revenue forecasts in coordination with marketing, service, and finance departments.
- Breaks revenue target into smaller sales/revenue goals (weekly basis) and proactively reports to the CEO and informs relevant departments on the performance trend.
- Coordinates with marketing team on local promotional requirements and implementation of planned activities to improve customer awareness, leading to enhanced demand
- Extensively visits clinics to understand strengths, barriers, and missed opportunities; prepares monthly reports with recommendations for management awareness.
- Reports and takes immediate action in collaboration with CMS and SDS to address underperformance or issues impacting revenue
- Takes initiative proactively to control cost in collaboration with SDS teams.
- Routinely reviews revenue and cost of clinics and recommend measures for improving financial performance
- Scans competition and provide insight to the CEO, Chief of Clinical Services (CCS) and marketing team to support business decisions.
- Reviews revenue generation through existing partnership initiatives, and provide strategic support for improving revenue growth through partnership initiatives
- Works closely with the marketing and service teams to plan and identify potential business partners including establishment of referral linkages, builds rapport, and engages in future partnerships to improve both income and revenue.
- Oversees the activities and performance of the sales team
- Prepares and presents quarterly and annual reports to the senior management
- Carries out other assignments as advised by the supervisor
Job
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar subject from a reputed university.
- 8-12 years' experience in sales/revenue management, preferably in the heath sector Superbly skilled in data analysis
- Self-driven individual with strong communication, and collaboration abilities.
Target oriented with quick problem-solving skills.
- Hard working with a strong sense of time management and organizational abilities.
