Position : Officer - Strategic HR
No. of the Position : 1 (one)
Job Location : Head Quarter, Dhaka

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect and work on employee recruitment plan as per budget and make a list of monthly recruitment as per position and department as well as meet the deadline which is set by supervisor.
  • Assist in preparing a job opening circular as per position requirement, specific skills and abilities and publish the circular through online Job portal, print media and others.
  • Assist Manager-HR in reviewing CV for interview, designing competency evaluation sheet, written test format (if required) for interview with the consultation of concern department head (Hiring Manager).
  • Assist Manager-HR and Hiring Manager to plan the induction process , orientation on policy manual and ensure all kinds of logistic support like, laptop/desktop, email address, sitting arrangement and hand over to the concern department on the joining date.
  • Assist Manager-HR to coordinate SHN learning & Development process and programs and make documented in a Learning Log Sheet for necessary tracking.
  • Assist Manager-HR, in rolling out the Training Needs Assessment through Regional HR & concern functional head and summarize the TNA result to plan annual Learning Program (Soft Skill and Functional Training).
  • Facilitate training program with making a nomination form, arrange and evaluation. All kinds of training is recorded as training database archive at HQ of each calendar year.
  • Ensure assistance to Director-HR in execution of performance appraisal form (PAF) with a detail guideline to process it .
  • Coordinate with the concern department and collect to prepare a database of PMP within deadline as specified.
  • Assist Manager HR to develop a detail database (with significant data & documents) of non performing employees and process for Performance Improvement Plan through a designed learning & development program.
  • Assist to capture recruitment data usable for monthly HR Dashboard.
  • Assist Manager HR to develop the monthly report on Learning & Development initiative
  • Assist Manager-HR in capturing data on employee performance improvement result for monthly HR Dashboard
  • Ensure assistance in drafting all kinds of HR meeting minutes and circulate to the concern people.

Job Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduate with BBA, MBA major in HR. 2-3 years of experience in working in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and PMP will be given preference.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in HR will be given preference.
  • Well Conversant in IT based HR framework development in compliance of HR regulatory awareness (as per labor law).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (advanced practical knowledge particularly Excel).
  • Willingness to travel extensively
