Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential land and extend personalized service to the land owners
- Forecast future business through analysis of relevant data and other land information
- Handling queries from clients, monitoring and communicating with the relevant personnel for professional feedback

Educational Requirements
- BBA/MBA/Masters in Marketing/Post Graduation in any relevant subject.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in land procurement of any reputed real estate company
- Have experience to procure high ended residential & commercial projects for premium customers
Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 28 years preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- In depth knowledge of land related documents
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
