Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential land and extend personalized service to the land owners
• Forecast future business through analysis of relevant data and other land information
• Handling queries from clients, monitoring and communicating with the relevant personnel for professional feedback

Educational Requirements

• BBA/MBA /Masters in Marketing/Post Graduation in any relevant subject.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in land procurement department of any reputed real estate company/ Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 28 years preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• In depth knowledge of land related documents
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
