Educational Requirements

• B.Sc./Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements

• 5-8 years’ experience required

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 years preferred
• 5-8 years’ experience in plumbing design
• Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues

• Candidates with B.Sc Engineering from BUET, DUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, SUST, AUST, MIST  or other reputed private universities will be given preference
• Candidates with Diploma Engineering from reputed polytechnic institutes will be given preference
• Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
