Job Responsibility:

Identify key customers and extend personalized service to them.

Handling queries from clients, monitoring and communicate with the superiors for the professional feedback.

Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.

Actively participate in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales deals.

Develop and execute regional product hunt plan.

Identify potential properties for acquisition.

In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues, property laws and legal frameworks, market dynamics and financial structure.

Identify and establish contact with potential seller and maintaining positive relationship with stakeholders, such as landowners, community members.

- Graduate/Post Graduate from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 to 4 years
- We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic people who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate Industry specially in Buy/Sell/Rent

- Age 25 to 30 years
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
