General Manager (Operation)
Job Responsibilities:
- Production Planning & Achieving production target as per plan
- Utilizing maximum capacity of resources
- Managing the daily production process, Coordinating all production activities and operations
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards and enhancement of product yield
- Implement process improvement programs
- Ensure the products are produced, inspected, stored and released in accordance with approved procedures
- Cost Control scope analysis & implementation at different stages
- URS Preparation of Production Machinery as well as to Perform FAT of the same
- Co-ordination with engineering department for corrective & preven- tive maintenance of Production Machinery
- Preparation and review of SOP, BMR, BPR etc
- Work distribution among production personnel and supervising & monitoring the activities of them as well as do the performance appraisal of all employees of the dept
- Facing various types of inspections & audits
- Ensure health, safety and environmental standards in production and warehouse activities
Employment Status: Full-time.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm)
Experience Requirements
- 15-20 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Plant Operation
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals
Additional Requirements
- Age 45 to 55 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- The candidate should have 3-5 years running Experience in Similar post in any reputed pharmaceuticals Company.
- The candidate who is working as GM (Plant Operation) in a very reputed Pharmaceuticals company is encourage to apply.

Manager (QA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Documantion, preparation and review of SOP, BMR, BPR etc.
- Utilizing maximum capacity of resources
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
- Ensure product quality, produtivity rates and product standards
- Ensure the products are produced, inspected, stored and released in accordance with approved procedures.
- Co-ordination of process Scale-up, Process Optimization & Process Validation with R&D department
- Facing various types of inspections & audits
