Job Responsibilities -

Job Pre-Construction:

  • Specification Preparation

Job Pre-Launching:

  • Preparation of Project Specification for Marketing/sales team
  • Design review and providing feedback

Job During-Construction:

  • Design review and providing feedback considering Project cost.
  • Prepare of Project Specification for Sold, unsold, landowner unit.
  • Prepare of Project Specification for common area
  • Different Comparative statement Preparation
  • Prepare Project Status report based on project IWBS

Administrative and Coordination Job:

  • Initiate knowledge sharing, activities on proactive basis within the relevant departments for smooth plans and operations of the projects.
  • Update Priority Task List.
  • Develop competence within the team mates for utmost utilization of human resources within the team.
  • Any other work order by ED (P&C)/CEO or others.

Essential Qualifications -

  • Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from any reputed public/private university. (Preferable – BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, IUT, AUST, MIST)

Requisite Skills –

  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD
  • Presentation Skills using PowerPoint

Work Experience –

  • 7 – 10 years’ experience in dealing with finishing materials and specifications
  • Familiarity with different façade systems
