Job Responsibilities

  • Basic Routing and Switching ability.
  • Network establishment at Site Office. Communicate with the ISP of any project if required
  • Troubleshooting all kinds of Desktop, laptop, Printer, Scanner, and any other Hardware IT equipment of all the running projects.
  • Communicating with vendors on repairing status, product pricing, Servicing, and negotiation.
  • Fulfill all kinds of software requirements (required for SHL Official activities) of all projects. Installation and configuration.
  • All project Camera setup installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Providing the required footage as per management requirements.
  • All project Biometric device setup installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Collecting attendance data from all project offices and submit to the concerned person.
  • Procurement process of Project Surveillance Camera and Biometric devices (Site Visit with vendors, Requirement analysis, Preparing the BOQ, Price Collection, Preparing the CS, Taking approval from the management, Executing the task within the given period of time, and finally submitting the bill to the F & A Department)
  • 3R activities with the coordination of Sr. Exec-IT
  • Ensuring Data security for all site offices.
  • Depending on the requirement analysis, planning, and designing training program for all site management employees.
  • Planning for the betterment of Site office IT practices and execution of the plans.
  • Providing IT support to SML.
  • Providing IT support to SLL.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelors in CSE/ CS/ECE/ ETE/ IT from any reputed University. 

Other Qualifications:

  • CCNA or MTCNA will add extra value.
  • Problem analysis and solving skills
  • Ownership, Dedication, Negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Must have to be a team player.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in the relevant field
