Shahjalal Islami Bank invites applications from the qualified and experienced banking professional with high passion in the area of teaching to work as Faculty Member of the Training Academy.
Job Requirements:
The Faculty will have to develop, design and impart training in various functional areas of the bank broadly in the area of investment, foreign trade and general banking and other related areas of banking business as required from time to time. Besides, the candidate should be capable to-
- Analyse and fix up learning and development needs, and arrange training to meet the objectives; Assess the training need gaps at all levels of the Bank and designing and fulfilling training requirements;
- Prepare annual training plan and ensure employees are provided training on various banking aspects as per requirement and plan;
- Organize training courses as per schedule;
- Maintain current information of the banking business, rules and regulations and ensure right types of training are imparted with continuous updation of the best practices;
- Monitoring progress of learning & development plan to ensure that the learning & development objectives of the bank are being achieved;
- Ensuring upgradation of competence levels of participants by constantly bringing about improvements in the contents and methodology of training programmes;
- Conduct evaluation of the exam scripts;
- Minimum 5 (five) years working experience in any Training & Research Institute of Banks/Financial Institutions/Educational Institution on Banking & Business;
- Age of the applicant should be maximum 50 years as on 20.06.2022.
Educational Requirements:
- Must have post-graduation in any discipline preferably in Accounting/ Finance/ Management/ Marketing/ Law / English from a reputed University having no third class/ division in academic career. Candidates having experience in operational area of banking will be given preference.
- Should have excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Have sound computer literacy.
