Job Requirements:

• Ensure that collection targets of non-performing investment accounts are met as per the collection strategy of the Bank;
  
• Formulate customized recovery strategy on a case-by-case basis to reduce non-performing investments;
  
• Maintain effective contacts with the delinquent clients and up to date information of the client’s business;
  
• Reporting progress of recovery of assigned accounts to the In-Charge of Division on regular basis;
  
• Close monitoring and follow-up with delinquent clients and coordinate with Branch Managers in order to recover & regularize the non-performing accounts;
  
• Good knowledge about investment restructuring/rescheduling;
  
• Conversant with Arta Rin Act 2003, NI Act and other laws related with investment recovery;
  
• Have strong negotiation and communication skills.
  
• Post Graduate in from a reputed University having no third class/division in academic career.
  
• Minimum 5 (five) years’ experience in recovery department of any reputed private commercial bank.
  
• Age within 40 years as on 31.12.2019.

Job Location: Corporate Head Office, Dhaka & Anywhere in Bangladesh
