Job Title: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Job Responsibility:
Communicating with our key American clients through email and phone calls and responding to their strategic needs.
Demonstrate leadership quality by owing his/her client’s needs and removing any barriers to client satisfaction.
Keep a constant and close relationship with the clients and field contractors to complete a great volume of work within the shortest possible time.
Achieve team and individual goals through collaboration.
Eradicate the risk of back charge in any properties we manage via on-time communication with the vendor and processing teams.
Job Requirements:
Graduation/Post Graduation with a satisfactory academic track record.
The candidate must speak English fluently with the native English speakers. The candidate must also write and comprehend English efficiently and with accuracy.
Typing speed must be net 35 or above WPM.
Should have strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
Must be self-motivated, energetic, hardworking and capable of working under pressure.
Candidates must have good eyesight, analytical ability, multi-tasking ability and team building capacity.
Candidate must be a good relationship builder, disciplined, problem solver and quick responder.
Candidates must have good academic and extra-curricular achievements.
