Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Responsibility:
Schedule the projects and update the schedule to the client every day.
Proactively contact clients and vendors to solve any upcoming barriers to on-time project completion.
Be a true team member and foster a positive environment of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Have a good idea of the construction materials market and negotiate with the clients and contractors when necessary.
Be a quick responder and multitasker, be able to talk and take note, checking photos and suggesting the contractors on call.
Analyze project photos and respond to the clients and contractors as needed.
Job Requirements:
Graduation/Post Graduation with a satisfactory academic track record.
The candidate must speak English fluently. The candidate must also write and comprehend English efficiently and with accuracy.
Must be self-motivated, energetic, hardworking and capable of working under pressure.
Candidates must have good eyesight, analytical ability and team building capacity.
Candidates must be well disciplined.

Experience: Experience in property preservation or foreign client management will be considered as an advantage.
