Job Responsibility:

• Schedule the projects and update the schedule to the client every day. .
• Proactively contact clients and vendors to solve any upcoming barriers to on-time project completion. 
• Be a true team member and foster a positive environment of collaboration with cross-functional teams. 
• Have a good idea of the construction materials market and negotiate with the clients and contractors when necessary. 
• Be a quick responder and multitasker, be able to talk and take note, checking photos and suggesting the contractors on call.
• Analyze project photos and respond to the clients and contractors as needed. 

Job Requirements:

• The candidate must speak English fluently. The candidate must also write and comprehend English efficiently and with accuracy.
• Graduation completed from any reputed national or foreign university. 
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, hardworking and capable of working under pressure.
• Candidates must have good eyesight, analytical ability and team building capacity. 

Experience: Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in communicating with foreign clients and contractors are highly encouraged to apply. 

Job Location: Dhaka

Shift: Night Shift (6 pm to 3 am)

Gross Salary: Up to 40,000/=
