1. Position: Assistant General Manager - Architect

Qualification: Bachelor of Architect from any reputed University.

Experience:

  • 10-15 Years.
  • Professional expertise in Sketch & 3D Max.

Job Description:

Brief knowledge on all types of finishing works and to be accountable for the successful completion of project. Sketch design detail, visualization, report writing with neat formatting presentation skills. Product research, building regulation requirements, detail Technical Drawings. Agendas, run design team/site meetings, write minutes, productive site visits recording quality and progress. Managing programmers, critical paths/pinch points/looking ahead and key documentation handover overview. Interior & Exterior furniture design including furniture layout, door details, landscaping, irrigation, lighting outlets, finishing, false ceiling, kitchen, laundry and hospital equipment etc. for High Rise Building like Hospital / Commercial/Hotel.

Age: 35 – 40 years

2. Position: Assistant General Manager- Civil.

Qualification: B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience:

  • 10-15 Years.
  • Applicant should have experience in following area:
    • Construction work with Concrete Products, Hollow Block and Auto Brick.

Job Description:

Clear understanding of basic civil engineering drawing / design, layout plan, site preparation, ground leveling, soil testing, foundation, building construction and implementing knowledge on large construction projects etc. Preparing of estimate, budget and BOQ for execution of works To manage construction labor and sub-contractors for civil, electrical, plumbing and other work. To ensure smooth functioning of respect of site / projects work in progress. To produce and upkeep the daily / weekly/ monthly progress report as per management / superior requirement. Quality control of construction work, ensuring wastage control during work and stacking materials. Brief knowledge on all types of finishing works and to be accountable for the successful completion of project.

Age: 35 – 40 years

3. Position: Assistant General Manager - Electrical.

Qualification: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from any reputed
University.

Experience: 10-15 Years..

Job Description:

Checking and understanding all Electrical drawings related to Electrification, Electrical Equipment’s installation of High rise Building like Hospital / Commercial/Hotel. Prepare and confirm Electrical Drawings and BOQ corrections step by step of Building like Hospital / Commercial for both high and low side. Monitor quality of Electrical works of 33 kV & 11 kV Sub-Station, Generator, ATS, BMS etc. Checking electrical conducting works through Hollow block walls.Monitor Electrification (Wire pulling, circuit connections from SDB to MDB to power points as well up to electrical fittings, Audio-Video and Sinage, PAS, Security System, Cable TV, Nurse Calling System etc .Ability to calculate load and recheck before final requisition of Electrical fixtures and implementation works .Co-ordination with the Electrical Team to optimize allocation of manpower, material and equipment for assigned Project .Brief knowledge on all types of finishing works and to be accountable for the successful completion of Project.

Age: 35 – 40 years

4. Position: Manager- Fire Detection & Protection System

Qualification: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience: 5 - 7 Years.

Job Description:

Clear understanding of Fire Protection and Detection System (Sprinkler, Hydrants ,Fire Pump, Fire Hose cabinate , Suppression System, Riser etc.).Should validate Design & Construction issues and suggest alternate solution to project team. Contribute in planning projects in cooperation with execution with Superior. Primary responsibilities include engineeringtask analysis, walk-downs, design development .Provide Technical support to Site Construction forces, start-up & testing. Work based on building code interpretation and Company Standard practice by coordinating with Superiors. Monitor site activities and make sure all rules, standards and regulations are followed. Making reports on daily progress made at work and ensuring it reaches the superiors. Communicate and coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Teams. Interacts with Senior Management and performing assignments of limited scope and complexity. Assisting the commission team during the Testing, Balancing and adjusting phases of air and hydronic fitting. To supervise & close monitor on day to day of quality/timely construction and ensuring overall site.

Age: 30 – 35 years

5. Position: Manager Central Air Conditioning System. 02 Nos.

Qualification:

Experience: 5 - 7 Years.

Job Description:

Clear understanding of Central Air Conditioning System (Chiller, AHU FCU, Cooling Tower, Insulation, Ducting, Tank, Piping etc.).Continually establishes and reviews Technical Design, criteria, and specifications for all mechanical systems. Assist with the Mechanical design of Central Air Conditioning System. Primary responsibilities include engineering task analysis, walk-downs, design development. Provide Technical support to Site Construction forces, start-up & testing. Work based on building code interpretation and Company Standard practice by coordinating with Superiors. To supervise & close monitor on day to day of quality/timely construction and ensuring overall site. Monitor site activities and make sure all rules, standards and regulations are followed. 6. Position: Civil Assistant.

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Govt. Polytechnic Institute.

Experience:

  • 3-5 Years.
  • Applicant should have experience in civil work, Architectural
  • Drafts and also should experienced in Auto CAD.

Job Description:

Clear understanding of basic civil engineering drawing / design, layout plan. To assist senior Engineer for various civil work.

Age: 25 – 30 years

General Requirements: All Candidates (Mentioned S.L No. 1-6) Should have required-

  • Practical working experience in High Rise Building like Hospital/ Commercial/ Hotel. Proficiency in AutoCAD and creating construction/ working drawings. Excellence in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Project. To supervise and close monitor on day to day of quality/timely construction and ensuring overall sites/project safety and security. Any other task assigned by the Management.
