Job Context

The key purpose of this position is to create an impact on building a positive impression of the company among the external stakeholders, enhance top-of-mind share, and contribute to the sales complying regulatory environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining the brand strategy
• Communication material design and copywriting
• Managing the customer database and CRM system
• Media planning and buying with an emphasis on digital marketing
• Industry communication analysis and assistance in capturing industry news
• Managing the social media of the company. 
• An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to truly engage in assignments and take ownership of the work that's being performed;
• Comfortable working closely with the client and other senior engineering personnel to complete design work to specifications.

Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) (Major in Marketing).
• A degree/certificate/diploma in digital marketing will be an added benefit

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 years of working on content design, copywriting, and managing social media

Additional Requirements

• Ability to write quality content in Bangla and English.
• Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms.
• Good at PPT Presentation making and expert in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good writing/speaking in English.
• Experience with graphic design.

Workplace: Work in office

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
