Responsibilities of Therapists in the Therapy Center

1. Conduct Therapy Sessions
• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions based on students' needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
2. Collaborate with Special Education Teachers
• Review and follow the recommendations in teachers’ reports to align therapy sessions with educational goals.
• Provide guidance on classroom strategies to enhance student engagement and progress.
3. Parent Training and Guidance
• Educate and support parents in conducting therapy activities at home.
• Provide personalized home programs to reinforce therapy progress.
4. Documentation and Record-Keeping
• Prepare, maintain, and update all therapy-related documentation, including session notes and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with institutional and professional record-keeping standards.
5. Student Progress Evaluation and Reporting
• Conduct assessments and track students' improvements in therapy.
• Submit detailed evaluation reports every six (6) months for each student.
6. Interdisciplinary Coordination
• Work collaboratively with teachers, psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other professionals to develop comprehensive support plans.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and intervention strategies.
7. Professional Development
• Stay updated with the latest research, therapy techniques, and best practices in special needs therapy.
8. Maintain a Safe and Supportive Environment
• Ensure therapy rooms and materials are organized and conducive to effective learning and intervention.
• Promote a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters student growth and confidence.

Job Highlights:

• School base Therapy Center working children and adolescents with Autism & others special needs.
• We have 4 Clinical Occupational Therapist, 4 Clinical Speech & Language Therapist & 2 Educational Psychologist
• Job Time: 09.00 am to 05.10 pm 6 Days weekly.
• Only Male Therapist Can Apply.
• Age- 25 to 35 years.

Compensations and Benefits:
