- Post-Graduation/04 years’ graduation in any discipline from any reputed UGS approved University with minimum CGPA 2.70 on 4.00-point scale and GGPA 3.50 on 5.00-point scale or 1st Class.
- Preference will be given on MBA, MBM (Economics, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Statistics and Mathematics).
- GAP 3.75 on a 5.00 scale in SSC & HSC.
- Candidates having degrees from foreign universities (Must have equivalent certificate issued by UGS Bangladesh) may also apply.
- Prior banking experience will be an added advantage.

Position Overview:
The Senior Executive is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on training in basic banking operations, customer service, and branch support functions. The Senior Executive will work under close supervision and rotate across different departments to learn SBI’s processes and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day branch operations such as account opening, KYC checks, and customer service.
- Assist in cash, clearing, remittance, and general counter activities.
- Help prepare simple reports, maintain files, and update records.
- Provide customer assistance and respond to basic queries.
- Support teams in credit, trade, and compliance with documentation and data entry.
- Follow SBI policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions and learn banking systems and procedures.
Competencies:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adequate computer literacy and advanced knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel.
