• Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age around 30 years.
• A proven track record of minimum 5 years' experience in bill checking, estimate, rate analysis of highrise building projects.
• Prepare BOQ on structural, finishing and plumbing as per approved drawing to measure the required quantity of materials.
• Prepare rate analysis for each item as per current market price in order to determine the actual cost per unit of items.
• Finalize master budget of projects as per approved drawings and documents to anticipate all costs and expenses.
• Prepare and validate different related reports and others relevant documents.
• Carry out other activities as deemed necessary for the department.
