Job Context

The role of this position is to supervise overall taking care of the commercial building, such as, schedule maintenances, inspections, repairs ensuring good state of equipments.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and supervise overall maintenance programs regularly in respect building and it’s safety measures.
• To manage daily building activities.
• To generate monthly maintenance charges.
• To manage building security team.
• To manage building cleaning team.
• Controlling and maintenance of tools, stores and equipments.
• Keeping record of income and expenditures.
• Any other task as may be assigned by the management.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• MSc/MBA/Electrical or civil engineering background.

Experience Requirements

• At least 8 years in relevant field.
• Age range 35 to 45 years.
• The applicant should have experience in the building operation and management.

Additional Requirements

• Sound knowledge on MS Word and Excel.
