Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to SVP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement SME business strategy aligned with the Bank’s overall objectives.
- Lead and supervise SME sales and relationship teams across regions.
- Drive sustainable portfolio growth while maintaining asset quality and risk compliance.
- Develop new SME products and refine existing offerings based on market demand.
- Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, delinquency, and recovery trends.
- Build strategic partnerships with industry associations and business communities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare and present performance reports to Senior Management and the Board.
Educational Requirements
- Masters’ degree from reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Head of SME-Business in any Commercial Bank.
Additional Requirements
- Applicant having break of service need not to apply.
- Must have sound knowledge in SME Business.
- Strong leadership qualities for coaching, mentoring and managing people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Age Limit: Age at most 55 years.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
