Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative business ideas and plans to increase quality investment portfolio

Explore the potential High Net Worth clients and manage the funds.
-
Look for the best investment solutions of the clients having risk minimization and profit maximization.
-
Managing client’s portfolio with large equity in various investment models.
-
Take care of the existing client base and attract the new funds with effective investment decisions.
-
Continuous communication with and visit existing/potential clients for business expansion.
-
Communicate with other functional teams for sales, trade and other related issues.
-
Comply with the relevant laws, rules, regulations in business activities imposed by the regulators.
-
Management reporting as and when required alongside periodical reporting.
-
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Requirements
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business background.
- No 3rd Division/Class or equivalent CGPA/GPA in the academic records.
Experience Requirements:
- 3 to 10 years’ work experience in the Capital Market.
Skills Requirements:
-
Excellent Salesmanship, keen portfolio management, Sound Knowledge over Capital Market and proactive approach.

Must have a valid Authorized Representative (AR) certification/license.
Additional Requirements:
-
Capital Market related professional degrees/training courses will get preference.

Excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills (oral and writing).

Must be enthusiastic, belonginess to the organization and result oriented.

Strong negotiation skills and good team-player.

Professional knowledge and skill levels are kept up-to-date in order to meet the requirement of the position.

Well versed in Computer operation and especially in MS Office suits, Internet and email correspondence and familiar with automated work environment.
