Employment Status:

• Contractual

• Any and every work related to Agricultural and Rural Credit of the Bank in accordance with Bangladesh Bank policy and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have minimum 3 years' work experience in any NGO related bureau/listed by Microcredit Regulatory Authority/authorized NGO/MFI.
• Candidate must not be dismissed from any NGO/MFI at any given point of his/her service record
• The candidates having experience in BURO Bangladesh, TMSS, Uddipan, Shakti Foundation for Disadvantaged Women, Sajida Foundation, RDRS, Padekhep Manabik Unnayan Kendra, Society for Social Services (SSS), Jagorani Chakra Foundation, RIC will be given preferences.

Educational Requirements

• Graduation degree from any UGC approved university with no third division/class in any academic results.

Additional Requirements:

• Age between 25 to 40 years as of May 05, 2023.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy.
