Position Title: Trainee Junior Officer

Academic Requirements:

  • MBA / MBM / Masters /4 years Bachelors or equivalent degree preferably in Business background, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Law, Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Physics, English and International Relations (IR) with at least one (1) 1st Division/Class or equivalent CGPA/GPA and no 3rd Division/Class or equivalent CGPA/GPA in the academic records.

Job Requirements:

  • Self-driven with pleasant personality
  • Ability to deal clients with positive attitude in any situation
  • Courageous to work anywhere in the country
  • Proficient Computer Operating Skills especially in MS Office

Additional Requirements:

  • Effective Verbal Communication Skill in both Bengali and English
  • Age not over 30 years as of March 31, 2024
  • Age not over 32 years as of March 31, 2024 for offspring of freedom fighters
  • Must be Bangladeshi Citizen

Remuneration Package & Career Plan:

  • Trainee Junior Officer will receive monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk.35,000/= during probation period and will be absorbed as Junior Officer with benefits & allowances totaling Tk.46,933/= per month on satisfactory completion of the Probation Period.
