Savor International Ltd., one of the leading exhibition organizers in Bangladesh’s MICE industry, is looking for an energetic, passionate, smart, and experienced professional on a full-time basis for its sales, marketing, and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and executing the entire project lifecycle, starting from initial concept development through to successful delivery.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets for exhibitions.
- Identify new business opportunities, industry sectors, and high-value clients for participation and sponsorship.
- Manage key B2B relationships to drive repeat business and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, KPIs, and team performance.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value exhibitor, sponsor, and partnership deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with operations, design, and production teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Support planning of floor layouts, visitor experience, and exhibitor engagement initiatives.
- Manage pre-event, on-site, and post-event sales and marketing activities.
- Oversee media partnerships, PR activities, and promotional collaborations.
- Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams; conduct reviews, set KPIs, and provide training.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Provide periodic reports and performance insights to management.
