We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations for two branches, ensuring exceptional service and seamless collaboration with our elite clientele and professional partners.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Familiarizing yourself with the company's mission, vision and goals.
- Provide consistently amazing standards of customer experience within the store in accordance with brand Values and service standards.
- Ensure a confident and congenial entrance of the customers into the branch
- Provide services in a friendly, hospitable and efficient manner
- Possess and reflecting a positive attitude and focusing on customer satisfaction
- Deal with customers cordially and professionally, responding to their queries and concerns
- Recommend related products to increase customers' options and enhance their shopping experience
- Cooperate with colleagues and ensure fast support to customers with highest level of professionalism.
- Set up positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management time to time
- Maintain proper inventory levels, and ensure stocking.
- Sales targets should be achieved daily, monthly, and yearly.
- Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
- Provide good after-sales service to customers.
- Report day-to-day activities to the Branch I/C
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor/Masters in any discipline from any reputed university
Note: (No running student is allowed for this positions)
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum 2-3 years FACE TO FACE Customer Care Experience
- Voice Quality: Should have a neutral and appropriate accent, clear voice, pleasant tone
- Good listening skill: Must have abilities to understand others’ tone quite quickly
- Communication Skill: Oral fluency Bangla and English, Confident tone, correct and pleasant conversation
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize & execute tasks
- Must have advanced situational judgment –ability to know what is needed to satisfy the customers.
- Have to be smart, good looking, energetic, self motivated and ambitious to contact with customer.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Package (Especially MS Excel).
JOB NATURE:
- Full-Time (Retail standard 10am to 8.00pm and Holiday will be Sunday)
LUCRATIVE PACKAGE OF COMPENSATION:
Remuneration : 16000/- to 20,000/-
Festival Bonus : 1 month full salary for confirmed employee
Incentive : Target and result Oriented (Weekly Incentive paid – for daily target)
Lunch : Partially Subsidized
