JOB CONTEXT:
We are looking for an organized, customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Branch Incharge. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and accurately handling financial transactions. The positions will be responsible for overall activities of Satori Outlet.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Familiarizing yourself with the company's mission, vision and goals.
- Responsible for branch operations
- Fully dedicated for Sales target and set the plan to achieve this.
- Ensure and follow a confident and congenial entrance of the customers into the branch
- Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
- Leadership responsibility- Self Motivate, supervise, and monitor the Branch staff and be responsible for their functions, duties, and activities
- Training & Maintaining All Outlet Staffs on SOPs & Customer Service
- Maintaining Efficient Inventory Management and Inventory to Sales Ratio.
- Follow the standard merchandising procedures for the display of products and maintain them all the time
- Responsible for cash, Inventory and branch related issues
- Ensure Client satisfaction as well as repetitive Client’s step in
- Compile customers' feedback and inform to management
- Follow up day to day Show Room operation related to all activities;
- Ensure good after-sales service to customers.
- Conducting market research and observe the Competitor strategy to develop own foot-print.
- Deal with customers cordially and professionally, responding to their queries and concerns
- Report day-to-day activities to the General Manager
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor/Masters in any discipline from any reputed university
- English medium background is also encouraged to apply
Note: (No running student is allowed for this positions)
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum 3-5 years FACE TO FACE Managerial Experience;
- Voice Quality: Should have a neutral and appropriate accent, clear voice, pleasant tone
- Good listening skill: Must have abilities to understand others’ tone quite quickly
- Communication Skill: Oral fluency Bangla and English, Confident tone, correct and pleasant conversation
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize & execute tasks
- Must have advanced situational judgment –ability to know what is needed to satisfy the customers.
- Have to be smart, good looking, energetic, self motivated and ambitious to contact with customer.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Package (Especially MS Excel).
JOB NATURE:
- Full-Time (Retail standard 10am to 8.00pm and Holiday will be Sunday)
