Key Responsibilities
- Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
- Develop sales strategies that ensure sales target and profitability.
- Formulating personal sales plan in line with sales target.
- Develop and analyze market intelligences for potential Building Materials customers.
- Identify key customers and extend personalized service.
- Prepare action plan for Team as well as individuals to ensure effective search of sales, prospects and market penetration.
- Identify, establish and manage relationship across customer and company to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of business goals.
- Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
- Monitoring queries from clients and render a convincing service.
- Report to Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly performance.
Requirements
- MBA/BBA in Marketing from a reputed institution.
- At least 10-12 years experience in relevant field in Chottogram is mandatory.
- Age 35 to 45 Years.
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Skills Required: The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) in Chottogram.
- Ceramics & Auto Bricks
- Fancy Block Items, Pavers, Cladding Tiles & Roof Tiles Items.
- Pigment & Parking Tiles, Concrete Block Items.
