ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Manager (Design):
- Have sufficient experience on Structural Design/ Detailing of PEB structures using appropriate softwares including 3D Modeling softwares, Staad. Pro/ETABS.
- Have sound knowledge and practical experience in AutoCad/MS Office.
- Must have knowledge of current building code and regulation.
- Ability to review and understand contract drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skill is a must.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Estimator (Civil):
- Have sufficient experience in Preparing BOQ.
- Have sound knowledge and practical experience in AutoCAD.
- Have sound knowledge and practical experience in MS Office (Specially in Excel).
