Santic Group is a well-established company from China which supply trending, bulk production and in-store solutions for the technical sportwear. The company is based on many years of experience in offer good service and partner collaboration with international purchaser. Currently Santic has partners in more than 60 countries, but we are keeping on extending our network. The company was founded by Fred in 2005.

Santic Bangladesh Company is the largest production base of Santic Group and will provide one-stop service for global customers. We manufacture various types of activewear, athleisure, sports bra, swimwear and cycling wear, etc. After the factory is completed, the number of employees will reach more than 3000 people, 46 production lines will set up, and the production capacity will achieve over 2.5 million pieces/month. To provide premium customer service, we purchase the latest machinery and equipment and will set up a team with highly qualified textile talents and experienced QC technicians.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing internal audit and follow-up audit on Ethical Standards, Buyers Code of Conduct, SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, ICS, CTPAT, HIGG, FSLM/SLCP, BW, ISO, Safety issues (building, electrical & fire safety) and Environmental issues.
• Ability to find out appropriate staff for his department & have to be able to build his own team.
• Ability to find out good worker & production staff.
• To ensure conducting of internal periodical audit in factories; and ensuring issues are resolved.
• Prepare corrective action plan with finding the root causes to eliminate the issues permanently.
• To check all data, records, reports, formats, statements, files, books & register of related sections/departments are properly for up-date & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
• Ability to find out the nonconformity and to take proper measures to address the noncompliance issues and present a solution to make it sustainable.
• Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, and Fire & Civil defense Department.
• Must have ability to prepare all reports and correspondences with stakeholders in English & Bengali.
• Need to take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively.
• Maintain relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance.
• Prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers/CAP as per buyer's requirement.
• Arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, CSDS and Security Awareness training etc. effectively.
• Any other day to day activities as and when required.
