We are looking for talents to work in our dynamic Marketing Team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define and understand the products and diseases in the relevant pharma market
- Understand and find new market opportunities.
- Know relevant top KOLs across country and develop strong association with them.
- Develop promo materials to establish brands as per policy and measure effectiveness of the materials
- Develop proper guideline for detailing materials (GPS)
- Organize and conduct planned seminars
- Monitor Rx Survey in 4P and Business Unit Online Platform
- Analyze data and share with respective field colleagues (SSEs)
- Travel: Role will involve significant travel (at least 30% of time) to medical meetings, advocacy events, sales meetings, market research etc.
Profile Requirements:
Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm or MBBS; MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field. Experience in sales will be added advantage. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
