- Experience in position which involves media handling; development sector experience, digital marketing will add value.
- Excellent English and Bangla communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work fast, effectively and independently in Often high pressure environments, working across a number of teams to deliver high output
- Understanding of and ability to use social and digital media to increase opportunity.
- Good understanding of the use of digital media to undertake project objective
- Excellent training, facilitation, and team building skills.
- Innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
- Commitment to spend extra hour of office work and project visit.
