Position: Head of Project for New Refined Sugar Project (Dhaka & Chattogram)

Major Job Responsibilities:

• To lead and maintain whole affairs of administration, Productivity and cooperation of refinery process operation;
  
• To manage all task of factory to ensure smooth productivity by ensuring best quality of refined sugar;
  
• To maintain all other issues related with plant;
  
• To set production target, employ all machinery and resources to meet the deadline;
  
• To address environmental standard set by the law;
  
• Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.

Academic Qualification:

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed public university.

Experience:

• The ideal candidate should have minimum 10 Years of experience in senior level position in any reputed Industry independently & efficiently. Previous experience in Sugar Refinery Industry will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour;
  
• Ability to take decision based on fact and situation.

Age: Age 40 to 55 Years.
