Position Executive, Business Development

Key Responsibility:

  • Consistently monitor the daily activities of the sales team & tracking their movements.
  • Checking the Travel Allowance & Daily Allowance claims submitted by salespersons on a monthly basis.
  • Validate retailer data, ensuring accuracy in trade offers, and maintaining an updated record of product stocks from distributors.
  • Regularly oversee the ERP software & contributing to the enhancement of their features.
  • Ensure proper utilization of automation software by the sales team and provide virtual training sessions to improve their proficiency.
  • Gather market data related to sales and product development.
  • Forecast demand for product categories and analyze the performance of newly launched products in accordance with current market trends.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports, as well as performance reports for individual sales personnel on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Execute any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Qualification: 

  • BBA/ MBA in Marketing

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in relevant fields. Experience on Sales Team Monitoring, Market Research, knowledge in using modern tools will be preferred. Must be able to go on frequent market visits.
