Position Senior Executive, Planning & Distribution

Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Ensuring & Keeping collection records through SMS Manager wise, Dealer Wise, Location Wise.      
  • Ensure timely entry of collection and sales invoices in the ERP Module: Sales & GL Module.
  • Reconciliation of invoices and collection with Sales Module, GL Module and VAT Department in regular interval.
  • Calculation of Dealer commission, Super Dealer commission or other commission etc as per the company policies.
  • Ensuring optimum usage & management of transportation vehicles both own and hired vehicles.
  • Reconciliation of Dealer Balances in a regular interval.
  • Making liaison with Production Team and Store Team for ensuring the uninterrupted delivery to the dealers and super dealers.
  • Track and Record dealer wise Market Return and ensure timely recording in the systems.
  • Coordinate with various departments for smooth functioning·       
  • Undertake any other responsibilities and generate various report as directed by management

Job Nature: Full-time 

Educational Requirements 

  • BBA/MBA/Bachelor/Honors in business studies/commerce/science from any reputational University
  • CA (CC) will get preferences

Additional Requirements 

  • Age: 28 to 35 years
  • Should have sound knowledge in accounting tools and techniques
  • The incumbent should have basic Excel Skills
  • Team Players
  • Excellent Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill, Creative & Analytical thinking

Experience:

Minimum 3 to 5 years experiences of working in Finance and Accounts department. Manufacturing Industry preferably of FMCG Industry.
