Society For Assistance To Hearing Impaired Children (SAHIC)-Dhaka invites proposals from qualified Softwarecompanies for the provision of a comprehensive, cloud-based Hospital Management ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software solution. This software will improve our hospital's operational efficiency, patient management, and administrative processes.

Company Description

SENTH is a premier ENT hospital in Dhaka dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services. To enhance our operational capabilities, we seek a modern ERP solution tailored for hospital management. The proposed solution should address critical functionalities such as patient registration, billing, inventory management, HR and payroll, appointment scheduling, and reporting.

Scope of Work
The desired ERP solution should include:

• Patient Management: Registration, appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, and billing.
• Financial Management: Budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Inventory Management: Stock monitoring, procurement, and reporting.
• HR and Payroll: Employee data management, payroll, and attendance tracking.
• Data Security: Compliance with applicable data protection standards.
• Customizability: Ability to tailor modules to fit SENTH’s needs.
• Support Services: Training, maintenance, and ongoing support.

Proposal Requirements
Interested Software companies must provide:

• Company Profile: Overview of the organization, relevant experience, and clientele.
• Technical Proposal: Features of the proposed ERP solution and implementation methodology.
• Financial Proposal: Detailed cost breakdown, including licensing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Timeline: Estimated duration for implementation and training.
• References: At least three references from previous clients with similar projects.

Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:

• Alignment with SENTH’s requirements.
• Technical capabilities and innovative features.
• Cost-effectiveness.
• Implementation timeline.
• Support and maintenance services.
