Job Description / Responsibility

  • Able to face various types of compliance audit ( ACCORD, ALLIANCE, BSCI, ICS, C-TPAT, WRAP, SEDEX etc) Independently.
  • Maintain Compliance Documentation.
  • Prepare various types policy as per buyer Requirements.
  • Ensure labour law related practices for factory.
  • Prepare Audit documents.
  • Develop the factory as per buyer Requirement.
  • Lead, coordinate and support all activities of social compliance audit.
  • To coordinate when buyer representative or Auditor visits the factory.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
  • Maintain relation and discipline in factory for all staffs and workers.
  • Any others task assigned by the Management.

Job Nature: Full time

Educational Requirements: MBA/ Masters (Business / HRM / Management will preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Compliance & HR.
  • The applicants should have experience in following Business area(s):
    Garments (Woven/ Apparel /Knitting).

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 35 to 45 year(s).
  • Able to maintain C&A,WALLMART,H&M  Standard factory & relevant Buyer COC.
  • Must be conversant with labour Laws 2006, Buyer Compliance & code of product.
  • Strong communication abilities in Bengali and English both oral & written.
  • Computer literacy is a must specially in office package.
  • Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
