• Responsible for overall administration of workplace services strategies across RSGT Bangladesh which includes supervising fleet, yard & building management.
• Support building and yard management. Upkeeping of designated space ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Oversee the overall management of the container terminal's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, scheduling, and safety. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations regarding vehicle safety and licensing.
• Develop reports on service performance, building and yard maintenance activities, and fleet management metrics.
• Catering & Water: Ensure timely, hygienic meal and water service; manage vendor quality and audits.
• Cleaning & Waste: Supervise cleaning operations and implement waste segregation, disposal, and compliance.
• Store Management: Maintain inventory of consumables; manage monthly requisitions and stock control.
• Fleet Operations: Oversee duty and staff transport vehicles; monitor fuel, maintenance, and GPS compliance.
• Guest Services: Ensure professional reception, visitor support, and upkeep of meeting and common areas.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare service KPIs, support audits, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management/relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in workplace service procurement and administration.
Technical Skills:

• Expertise in end-to-end WPS procurement process and execution.
• Proficient in fleet, and waste management.
• Vendor Assessment related to WPS service.
