Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM)/Area Sales Manager (ASM)

To strengthen our local sales network, we are seeking dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals for the following Divisions:

  • Chittagong
  • Dhaka
  • Khulna
  • Sylhet

Position Type:

  • Full-Time
  • Based in respective divisions
  • Reporting to Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to expand market coverage.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective measures where required.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in all key outlets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with trade partners, key accounts, and market influencers.
  • Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, price changes, and promotional offers.
  • Execute marketing and promotional campaigns in the assigned area.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to the management.
  • Ensure proper collection of dues from distributors and trade partners.
  • Train and guide the local sales team under your supervision (for managerial positions).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in a reputed frozen food company in Bangladesh.
  • Experience with brands competing in frozen food is a MUST
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing territory operations.
  • Strong distribution network knowledge in the assigned division.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of local market trends and consumer preferences for frozen food products.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned division.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills (for managerial positions).
