- Recruit, train and assess TSM, SO
- Ensure DBs sustainability and profitability
- Sales forecast
- Implement and monitor visibility tools and impact of
these tools
- Implement flawless execution of launch of new Skus
- Implement retailers activations program and promotions
- Recommend ways to improve sales volume. Example
=Optimisation of RTM, promotional activities, how to
improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
Requirements
- 6 to 7 years minimum working experience in field sales
management in FMCG of which 2-3 years experience in
modern trade sales management
- Ownership = make decisions, is accountable
- People oriented = is good at and loves to develop
people via empowerment
- Able to work under pressure
- Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
- Speed in implementation, fast learner
- Good knowledge of excel
- Fluency in oral and written English
