Room to Read Bangladesh invites sealed tender from reputable and eligible suppliers, manufacturers etc. with relevant experience of working with large organization including UN agencies, INGO and similar international organization in supplying steel-made bookshelves for selected government Primary schools receiving Room to Read Bangladesh's education support. Bidding is open to all companies registered with the Government of Bangladesh.

Envelope containing sealed bids must be marked with the ITB number (top right corner) as indicated above. Interested bidder must have the following qualifications:

a) At least five years of experience with large international organization/UN agencies/INGO.
b) Bidders to have own factory. No third-party vendor will be allowed in the bidding process.
c) Ability to meet the quality and timeline specified above (detailed in Product Specification).
d) Ability to deliver classroom library bookshelves in the specified location without damage.

Interested and competent bidders who meet the above-mentioned criteria may collect Bid Form for the tender at the address given below (official hours, 10-24 August 2025) except government holidays and weekends. Prebid meeting will be held on 18 August 2025 at 11 am at the same address.

A complete set of bidding documents (in English) may be collected upon submission of a written application on bidder's letterhead. Bids must be delivered to the address by 24 August 2025 (no later than 3 pm). Any bid after the deadline will not be accepted. All bids will be opened on 24 August 2025 at 3 pm in presence of the representatives and Room to Read Bangladesh's Purchase Committee.

Room to Read Bangladesh reserves the right to accept or reject bids without any reason whatsoever.
