Room to Read Bangladesh invites sealed tender from reputable and eligible suppliers/manufacturers having experience of work with large organizations including UN agencies, INGO and other international organizations in supplying School Bags. Bidding is open to all bidders/companies registered with Bangladesh Government.

Envelope containing sealed bids must be marked with the ITB reference number (top right corner) as indicated above.

Interested bidder must have the following qualifications:

  1. At least 5 (five) years’ of experience with large international organization/UN Agency/INGO
  2. Able to meet the timeline specified above.
  3. Able to deliver the goods (School Bag) in the specified locations

Interested bidder who meet the above-mentioned criteria may collect the bid form by paying Tk 500 (non-refundable) for the tender at the address given below from Wednesday 1 February 2023 to Tuesday 14 February 2023 (except Govt. holiday) during work hours. Pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday 8 February 2023 at 11.00am at Room to Read Country office, Conference Room (4th floor), House 31, Road 4, Block F, Banani.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application on bidder's letterhead. Bids must be delivered to the address below by Tuesday 14 February 2023 no later than 3.00 pm. Any bid after the deadline will be rejected. All bids will be opened on Tuesday 14 February 2023 at 3.00 pm in presence of bidders’ representative & Room to Read purchase committee.

Room to Read reserves the right to accept or reject any bids without any reason whatsoever.
