RPCL-NORINCO INTL Power Limited (RNPL) – A Joint Venture Company of Rural Power Company Limited (RPCL), Bangladesh & NORINCO Intl. Cooperation Ltd., China engaged in Power Generation, invites application from Bangladeshi Nationals for immediate appointment to the following post for its Corporate Head Office located at Dhaka:

Basic Salary: Tk. 122,000/-
House Rent: 60% of Basic Salary
Transport Allowance: Full Time Car Facility.
Medical Allowance: 10% of Basic Salary
Festival Bonus: 02 Basic Salary.
Provident Fund, Gratuity and Group Insurance as per Service Rules of the Company.

  1. At least Master Degree in Commerce/ Finance/ Accounting/ MBA (major in Finance/Accounting) from any recognized University. Professional Qualification such as CA/CMA will get preference.
  2. No third Division/Class at any stage of the academic career shall be acceptable. Candidates passed in the grading system must possess at least a GPA/CGPA 3.0 on a scale of 5.0 and GPA/CGPA 2.50 on a scale of 4.0.
  3. At least 5 (five) years of experience in the position not below the rank of DGM or equivalent in the field of Accounts/Finance in a reputed organization.
  4. At least 15 (fifteen) years of work experience in the relevant field in government/ semi-government/ autonomous/ renowned national/ multi-national organization.
  5. Must demonstrate strong participatory leadership ability.
  6. Must have strong communication skill in English (written & oral) including computer literacy.
  7. Age limit between 50 (fifty) years to 57 (fifty-seven) years as on 26.08.2025

 

Terms and Conditions for Application:
  1.   2. Candidates applied for the position mentioned above need to submit a Pay Order (non-refundable) amounting BDT 500/- (five hundred) only in favor of “RPCL-NORINCO Intl Power Limited.
  3. Last date of submission of the application will be September 28, 2025 (up to 5:00 pm).
  4. Cut-off date for Calculation of Age Limit shall be on 26/08/2025.
  5. Persons employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization(s)/Government owned company(s) should apply through proper channel.
  6. Candidates passed from foreign university(s)/institute(s) should have equivalent result and certificate from the competent authority.
  7. Candidates who have experience in Power Generation utilities will be given preference.
  8. At any kind of Persuasion will disqualify the candidate.
  9. Only short-listed candidates shall be called for written & interview test.
  10. RNPL authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts and can cancel any or all applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
  11. If any fake declaration is found at any stage of screening process, the authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of the applicant.
