RN Enterprise, a first-class government contractor, construction firm, and real estate company, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who meets the following requirements:

Job Location: Level 15, 13/A Bir Uttam C.R. Datta (Sonargaon) Road, Bangla Motor, Dhaka-1000, Bangladesh, and project sites as required.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any Recognized University.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in civil engineering, construction, project management, or real estate development.
• Experience with tendering, bidding, BOQs, and contract negotiations.
• Preferable experiences in land development, dredging, large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Skilled in strategic planning, business development, and making high-level decisions to drive growth.
• Solid financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with land acquisition, permits, taxation, labor laws, and dealing with government bodies (RAJUK, BIWTA, LGED, PWD, REHAB etc.).
• Excellent client relations and partnership-building skills with government, corporate, and international stakeholders.
• Knowledge of modern construction technologies, and digital project management tools.
• Strong team leadership with experience in managing diverse workforces and handling workforce development and labor relations.
• Experience handling project delays, political risks, legal disputes, supply chain disruptions, or financial downturns.
