About RSC:
The RMG Sustainability Council (RSC) is an unprecedented private national tripartite initiative to carry forward the significant accomplishments made in workplace safety in Bangladesh. The RSC was set up by three incorporating members representing each of the three constituents from Industry, Global Fashion Brands, and Global and Local Trade Unions.

The RSC conducts structural, electrical, fire & life safety, and boiler safety inspections, supports and monitors remediation, conducts safety training, and operates an independent occupational safety & health complaints mechanism available to workers in covered RMG factories. The RSC is fully committed to transparency and public accountability. As part of our procurement process, we would like to update our vendor/supplier list for the year 2025-26. Please submit the following documents with the application:

  1. Organizational profile/Copy of Memorandum/Copy of Partnership Document
  2. Copy of updated Trade License (with line business mentioned)
  3. Copy of TIN /e-TIN Certificate.
  4. Income tax submission certificate/PSR
  5. Bank Solvency certificate
  6. A copy of the updated VAT Registration Certificate (online VAT is preferred)
  7. Client list

Applications can be submitted to multiple categories; each category requires a separate, full application in an A4 size report file in a sealed envelope sent to our office. You have to submit your application to the Procurement Department, RMG Sustainability Council (RSC) Level 5, Shanta Forum, 187, 188/B, Bir Uttam Mir Shawkat Sarak, Tejgaon, Dhaka- 1208, Bangladesh, or email to: rsc.procurement@rsc-bd.org
